Fairmeadow PTA 2016-2017 One-Check Form

Direct Appeal per Child

$125.00 1 Child

Pays for the per-student cost of classroom supplies, recess equipment, technology, media, special programs, and community events. Also funds noon sports, teacher grants, and special assemblies.

Design Studio per child

$25.00 1 Child

The Fairmeadow Design Studio will give students the opportunity to create, make, design, redesign, explore and engineer. The studio will include a wide variety of tools and supplies which allow students K-5 to show their understanding of scientific concepts through engineering and creating models. The Design Studio provides for a open workshop where students deepen their understanding of scientific concepts through exploration, design, and building.

PTA Membership per Individual

$15.00 1 Child

PTA Membership goes to National PTA, not Fairmeadow. Dues are $15/person, $25/couple, and gives you a voice in the PTA. Parents, grandparents, friends - everyone is welcome to join. PTA offers a variety of unique programs and materials for students, parents, families, schools and communities. PTA members enjoy exclusive money-saving member perks including discounts on school supplies, rental cars, amusement parks and much more. (www.capta.org)
